Before we get started on planning your corporate event, we will get a chance to meet by phone first. During this meeting, we will discuss our availability, basic packages & pricing, as well as answering any qualifying questions you may have regarding why we are the best corporate event planner for your company. If you are looking for references, just ask during this call and we will be happy to provide them. If all sounds good, we move on to the next step, the meet up.

Meet-Up & plan
We need to meet and get to know each other. During our phone call, a general vision will be described. During this meeting, we will create the plan of action for your event that revolves around your party's vision. We will create an initial draft of you how we can help you achieve your goals along with demonstrating our value in the planning process. Finally, we will discuss vendor selection and specific pricing. We can move forward with the fun stuff after signing an agreement.

week of
As the event day gets closer, we will conduct a site visit once we reach the one week timeframe. This is when we will finalize the floor plan and seating chart for the anticipated guest list. Vendor contributions and assignments will also be locked up which we will then communicate with the selected vendor list. Last-minute changes and updates happen more often than not, so a back-up plan will be created keeping your event vision paramount.

Event Day!
The day has arrived to throw a seriously fun party and we are there to handle all the details during our 8-hour coverage. Our focus starts with a check-in and review with you which is then followed up with coordination among the corporate party vendors. Decor details will be addressed, the timeline will be reviewed, and the party will commence. During the event, we will lead all necessary moments with aplomb. Oh, and the clean-up? We've got that taken care of, too.
